These terms apply to everyone using Temwasseo Free Satellite Control (space.temwasseo.com, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to the following.

1. The service
The Site provides, free of charge, a 3D Solar System with today’s positions of planets and comets, orbits of satellites around Earth, tracks of active typhoons, space weather, free satellite reception guides, and an encyclopedia of bodies, satellites and exoplanets. Anyone may use it without an account.
2. Nature of the information and limits of liability
Every figure on the Site is reference information computed from public data.
- Planet and comet positions, satellite pass times and comet magnitudes are computed from public data (NASA JPL, CelesTrak and others) using VSOP87, SGP4 and two-body approximations. They may differ from reality depending on the method and the data refresh cycle; accuracy is not guaranteed.
- Do not use typhoon or space-weather information for disaster-response decisions. Follow official agencies such as your national weather service for safety decisions.
- The Site is not liable for losses arising from actions taken in reliance on this information (equipment purchases, observing plans, travel, etc.).
- The service may change or be discontinued without prior notice.
3. Intellectual property and data sources
Copyright in the Site’s explanatory texts, layout and 3D presentation belongs to the operator. You may quote them for personal, non-commercial purposes with attribution (space.temwasseo.com).
Rights in external data such as orbital elements and weather data belong to the providing agencies (NASA JPL, CelesTrak, NOAA SWPC, JMA, NHC, MET Norway); license notices are given under “Data sources” at the bottom of each page.
4. Prohibited uses
The following are not permitted.
- Excessive automated requests that burden the server
- Embedding the Site’s pages in other commercial sites via iframes or similar
- Redistributing the Site’s data under the Site’s name or implying the Site’s endorsement
5. Advertising
The Site may display advertising (including Google AdSense) to cover operating costs. Advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads; the Site does not endorse them. See the Privacy Policy for advertising cookies.
6. External links
The Site is not responsible for the content or operation of external sites it links to.
7. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are first discussed by e-mail; if no agreement is reached, the courts having jurisdiction over the operator’s place of business apply.
8. Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the new text is posted on this page and the “last updated” date is refreshed.
